Deleting Your Pulsium Account
This page applies to accounts on the Pulsium platform, including the Pulsium mobile app for iOS and Android (app id ai.pulsium.portal) and Pulsium Workspace on the web at pulsium.ai. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to delete it for you.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Sign in to the Pulsium app or your Workspace at pulsium.ai.
- Open your profile menu and choose Settings.
- Under Delete Account, choose Delete Account and confirm.
Deletion takes effect immediately: your user profile is removed and you are signed out of all devices. If you are the only administrator of a business Workspace, you may be asked to transfer ownership or delete the Workspace first.
Request Deletion by Email
If you can no longer sign in, email hello@pulsium.ai from the address associated with your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What Is Deleted
- Your user profile (name, email address, sign-in records)
- Your notification and device registrations (push tokens)
- Your membership in any business Workspace
What May Be Retained
Business records that belong to the Workspace you were a member of — such as call records, bookings, and messages handled by the business's Reception Agent — belong to that business and are not deleted when an individual member account is removed. We may also retain limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing and tax records), for the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
